I’m Viola: sociable, a little chatty, and genuinely curious about the people I meet. Before becoming a photographer, I spent several years working as an educator. That experience taught me patience, how to sense the atmosphere of a moment, and how to help people feel at ease almost immediately. That instinct is still at the heart of how I photograph today.

I care deeply about the planet and about everyone’s freedom to love and live fully as themselves. Every couple, every family, and every story is welcome here, without distinction. My camera does not judge; it observes and tells your story with respect and gentleness.

The thing I hear most often is, “At some point, we forgot you were even there.” And that is exactly what I aim for: no forced poses, just you being yourselves while I quietly capture what is really happening.
